Non-Violent Crisis Intervention (NVCI) training teaches participants the skills, confidence, and an effective framework to safely manage and prevent difficult behaviour. This program is considered the global standard for crisis prevention and intervention training. With the core philosophy of providing for the care, welfare, safety and security of everyone involved in a crisis situation, the program has proven strategies to give human service providers and educators the skills to safely respond to various levels of risk behaviour while also balancing the responsibilities of care.
