Our Specialised Placements work to provide a stable and supportive environment for individuals in our care. During Specialised Placements, clients work with a team of Specialised Community Support Workers who are dedicated to their case, on a 24/7 basis. We work closely with the client, service providers, and behaviour interventionists to ensure the highest quality of care and support. Our Personalised Placements provide:
